Willow Ryder: Honey Dip Girl of the Month

From skin-care studio to a million followers: a starlet’s fast climb.

A Quiet Start, a Fast Climb

Darlings, pour the bubbly and powder your nose, because the Bishop has a new Honey Dip Girl of the Month, and she makes a gossip columnist reach for the smelling salts. Meet Willow Ryder, an adult performer with more than a million followers on X and a calendar that does not quit. (She is, the Bishop has confirmed, a grown woman well over eighteen. This column toasts only grown-ups.)

Every star has a first chapter, and Willow’s began in 2022. By her own account in an interview on MyFavoritePornStar, she was brand new to the business then, and she worked as a licensed esthetician, a skin-care and waxing professional. How did she find the door? She says she met someone who knew people in the industry, and he connected her with the folks at AMA, the modeling agency that still appears on her official website. Introductions, sugar: the oldest trick in show business.

Studios, Signings & Statuettes-in-Waiting

Willow did not stay a newcomer for long. In May 2025, XBIZ reported that Ricky’s Room signed her to a non-exclusive, one-year contract, the studio’s very first female contract star. Her name also sits on the studio’s Willow’s Room series.

The award circuit noticed. Ahead of the 2025 AVN Awards, a press release reported six nominations for Willow, including Female Performer of the Year. XBIZ’s list of 2025 XMA nominees also shows her among the Female Performer of the Year contenders. The Bishop reports nominations as nominations, darling. Not one gold star more.

Two Nods for 2026

In December 2025, AVN announced that Willow had earned two 2026 nominations: Best Anal Sex Scene, for Willow Gets an Anal Ride – Hardcore Bombshells 3 (Hard X/Mile High/Pulse), and Best Foursome/Orgy Scene, for An Unwrapped Holiday Orgy (Ricky’s Room). Those are the titles, and the Bishop shall say no more, because a lady of the press knows when to close the curtain.

And the verdict? At the January 24, 2026 ceremony at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, AVN’s winners list named other names in both of Willow’s categories. No trophy this round, honey. But a nomination is a standing invitation to the dance, and Willow has now collected nods two years running.

This Month on the Marquee

October finds our girl busy. According to the Release Index catalog, her latest credit is The Spin Cycle Special from Brazzers Exxtra, dated October 10, 2026. The same catalog lists a March 30, 2026 appearance in the Bang Bros series Ass Parade, plus other Brazzers Exxtra releases earlier this year. A laundry-day title? The Bishop approves of any production with a pun.

In the Spotlight, Off the Set

The press has taken note of the girl herself. In January 2025, EmmReport announced a 70-minute sit-down with Willow, timed to her eleven nominations that season: six from AVN and five from the XMAs. The host’s own words in that announcement call her “authentic, humble” and note she had made an impact in barely two years in the business. Her website’s news page also lists a special episode of the Stripped by Sia show featuring Willow alongside fellow performer Ameena Green.

The Bishop would dearly love to tell you what was said in those conversations. Alas, the Bishop has read the announcements and not the transcripts, and this column does not put words in a lady’s mouth. Consider it an open invitation to go watch for yourself, darlings.

XBIZ’s 2025 nominee list shows the Willow’s Room showcase in the running for Best Performer Showcase, which tells you something about the studio’s faith in its leading lady. When a producer builds a series around one star, honey, that is a love letter in call-sheet form.

The Girl Behind the Glamour

What does a starlet do when the lights go down? In that same interview, Willow says she likes to stay active, work out, and, in her free time, pet doggies. A girl after the Bishop’s own heart. (The interview dates from her early days in the business, so consider it a charming snapshot, not today’s schedule.)
